I’m Mariah, and I help women of color just like you! People that have it within them to live a confident and aligned life, but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find agency, confidence, and purpose/fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and their needs.
Many of today’s solutions for women of color are one size fits all, leading so many to feel unsatisfied and discouraged with the results. I know that your circumstances are unique, so together we will cultivate an environment that benefits you the most.
First, we will cultivate an environment of growth tailored to your specific needs through a balance of intentional questions and attunement to meet you where you are so that we have a foundation of trust and understanding as we step into the problems you are facing. Then, we will work together on addressing what is in the way of you living your best life. Only using the tools that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive in your life and relationships.

My training in existential phenomenology and IFS means I have the expertise you need and deserve when embarking on your healing journey. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who can have some understanding of what it means to be a woman of color struggling with feeling confident in carving out a meaningful life, right?
